At Sunshine Bakery, every loaf tells a story.
What began in a small family kitchen on the NSW Central Coast has grown into a local bakery loved for its handcrafted sourdough, pastries, and sweet treats. Sarah still uses her grandmother’s original sourdough recipe today, carrying on a tradition built on patience, care, and simple ingredients.
From early mornings preparing dough by hand to the smell of fresh bread filling the bakery each day, everything we make is created with heart.
